The Spplier Management and Oversight Manager at St. James's Place Management Services is an otstanding chance to lead and develop the governance of or spplier management and third-party oversight efforts. This position plays a vital role in ensring flawless management of third-party relationships. It garantees performance aligns with contractal and reglatory reqirements, while redcing risks and promoting high-qality performance reslts.


What yo'll be doing:

Lead the bild and exection of the third-party management and oversight framework.

Coordinate end-to-end third-party lifecycle processes, inclding onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding.

Establish and maintain a performance monitoring framework, driving reglar service review meetings.

Assist in the assessment and management of third-party risks, ensring compliance with applicable reglations.

Act as a key point of contact for collaborators, providing mentorship and training on standard methodologies.

Spport ongoing enhancement efforts and improve third-party performance.

Essential Criteria:

Extensive experience across Spplier/Vendor Management and Spplier Oversight (in Line 1.5 capacity)

Good nderstanding of operational resilience frameworks.

Experience operating at senior leadership levels with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and external sppliers.

Strong knowledge of reglatory frameworks and indstry standards

Ability to design frameworks and implement governance models.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Experience in risk assessment methodologies and controls frameworks.

Desirable Criteria:

TPRM / Operational Risk / Procrement / Compliance experience highly desirable
