Abot the role:

As the Head of Third Party Governance, yo will have the otstanding opportnity to develop and lead or global third-party risk and spplier management framework. Yor expertise will ensre that external vendor relationships are flawlessly managed, and risks are effectively mitigated, safegarding or organization's compliance with reglatory and internal policies.
What yo'll be doing:

Define and pt into action or global third-party risk management (TPRM) and spplier management strategy.

Lead and develop a high-performing, distribted team responsible for third-party risk and spplier management.

Act as the senior consltant to exective leadership on third-party risks and spplier performance.

Bild and improve the global TPRM framework, covering risk identification, de diligence, and ongoing monitoring.

Coordinate end-to-end spplier lifecycle processes, ensring seamless onboarding, management, and offboarding.

Establish and manage spplier performance metrics, driving continos improvement and vale generation.

Ensre robst risk monitoring and reporting systems are in place to keep senior management informed.

Essential Criteria:

Extensive experience across TPRM, Spplier/Vendor Management, Operational Risk / Procrement / Compliance

Extensive experience of creating TPRM strategy, designing and implementing TPRM operating models

Experience operating at senior leadership levels in a global organisation

Strong knowledge of reglatory frameworks and indstry standards

Proven experience managing complex spplier ecosystems

Experience working across cross fnctional environments.
