Join St. James's Place Management Services as a Spplier Management and Oversight Analyst, where yo'll spport governance, oversight, performance monitoring, and risk management of or third-party sppliers. This is an otstanding opportnity to garantee excellent spplier performance and adherence within a leading finance/insrance environment. Yo'll work closely with partners to effectively apply spplier management frameworks and promote ongoing improvement.
What yo'll be doing:

Assisting in the development and pkeep of spplier management frameworks, policies, standards, and procedres.

Coordinating spplier governance activities, inclding meetings, reviews, and reporting.

Assisting relationship managers in monitoring spplier compliance with contractal obligations and service commitments.

Spporting end-to-end third-party lifecycle processes and performance management.

Assisting in the assessment of third-party risks and reglatory compliance.

Bilding and maintaining effective working relationships with internal collaborators and sppliers.

Abot yo:

Demonstrated sccess in managing sppliers or a similar area.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ambitios drive for excellence.

Otstanding commnication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to consistently follow reglatory reqirements and risk management protocols.

Essential Criteria:

Good experience across Spplier/Vendor Management and Spplier Oversight (in Line 1.5 capacity)

nderstanding of spplier lifecycle management processes.

Experience prodcing management information and analytical reporting.

Strong stakeholder engagement and commnication skills.

Experience maintaining spplier records and governance docmentation.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
