It’s that time again – for the fourth year in a row, we are running our annual Ideal Employer survey to inform our Ideal Employer report.
The premise is simple – the financial services industry has a lot of appealing firms. Some are banks, some are hedge funds, some are private equity firms. But which one is the best? Which one do you want to work for most?
If you have opinions, vote in our survey. You don't need to have worked for an Ideal Employer, it's aspirational. What determined your choice? Compensation? Culture? Prestige? Let us know.
