We are partnering with a fast-growing insurance company that specialises in Employee Benefits solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking and referrals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HR teams and key decision-makers.
- Assess clients' employee benefits needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, tenders and RFP submissions.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive coverage, premiums and policy terms.
- Manage new client onboarding, insurance placement and employee benefits communication sessions.
- Support claims escalations, client servicing and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to enhance clients' benefits programmes.
Requirements
- Minimally Diploma in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related discipline preferred.
- Good understanding of Employee Benefits products and insurance solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Relevant Singapore College of Insurance (SCI) qualifications.
