Your new role
- Providing end-to-end administrative support to a dynamic business unit
- Managing and coordinating schedules and activities for bankers with a high degree of ownership
- Arranging complex business travel and handling logistics
- Processing expense reports accurately and on time
- Overseeing general office administration, including:
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Partnering closely with IT and floor support to ensure all systems, phones, and computers run smoothly
- Managing office seating plans, supporting new hires, and coordinating planned moves
- Supporting visiting colleagues from other offices
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within private banking or wealth management
- Fluency in English and Chinese to effectively liaise with internal teams in Mainland China.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sound judgment and professionalism at all times
- Flexibility, versatility, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams
