Your new role

• Review and check client-facing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all materials meet internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform content-based quality checks before documents are released
• Highlight errors, inconsistencies, or compliance risks and follow up for corrections.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth approval and release process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in document review, content checking, or quality control (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Familiarity with banking, financial services, or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Ability to follow processes and guidelines carefully.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to support international and mainland China markets).
• This role is only open to Singaporeans.
