Your new role

• Support end-to-end account opening and activation for new clients.
• Verify client documents and ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
• Perform data checks between systems and submitted forms (e.g. identification, client details, tagging).
• Liaise with internal teams and case managers to resolve document gaps or issues.
• Ensure onboarding meets internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and follow up on onboarding cases to ensure smooth completion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or data entry is advantageous (fresh graduates welcome).
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and investigate issues.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus (to support regional clients).
