The Senior Real Estate Valuer provides accurate, independent assessmentsof property values to support lending decisions, risk management, and assetevaluation. His or her expertise ensures that property-backed transactions aregrounded in reality.

The Senior Real Estate Valuer provides accurate, independent assessmentsof property values to support lending decisions, risk management, and assetevaluation. His or her expertise ensures that property-backed transactions aregrounded in reality.
Your next challenge:
1. Expert Valuation Delivery & Market Analysis
- Monitor and analyze the local and GreaterRegion real estate market, acting as the main point of contact and expert onthese subjects.
- Analyzethe technical and legal aspects of real estate properties in full autonomy.
- Lead, perform evaluations, and manage therevaluation, in full autonomy, of all types and classes of real estate assets(commercial and residential) in Luxembourg and the Greater Region by followingthe applicable rules and regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and marketanalyses to determine the fair market value of residential, commercial, orindustrial properties.
- Monitormarket fluctuations and update valuations to reflect current economicconditions.
- Proactively offer insights on propertyinvestment potential, future growth prospects, and ways to enhance propertyvalue.
- Observeand proactively advise on residential market conditions.
2. Valuation Oversight, Reporting & Quality Assurance
- Provide valuation reports used for mortgage approvals, refinancing, and asset management.
- Draft valuation reports: gather information, analyze, send, and follow up.
- Review valuations performed by external appraisers.
3. Risk Governance & Compliance
- Implement risk management practices to continuously improve operational security, aligning with first line of defense principles.
4. Support to Business & Credit Functions
- Assist credit teams in structuring secure and viablelending solutions.
5. Operational Excellence & Client Experience
- Enhance operational agility and responsiveness, directly contributing to improved client experiences.
6. Team Contribution, Coaching & Capability Building
- Train, guide, and mentor others on the various processes and projects within the team.
Your skills:
- Master's degree inFinance, Economics, Real Estate, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in the bankingsector or in a relevant position.
- Fluency in French and English. Any otherlanguage is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Data Control &Analysis, Systems, and Laws & Regulations.
- Excellent understanding of banking Products& Services, Client Communication, Monitoring & Reporting, andNegotiation.
- Outstanding mastery of Real Estate ValuationExpertise, Counterparts Relationship Management, and Market Research &Analysis.
- Strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit,with strong market awareness.
- Autonomous and responsible, with excellentjudgment and courage.
- Effective and structured communication andpresentation skills, both oral and written.
- Detail-oriented team player, rigorous, andable to excel in a challenging environment.
- Complex problem-solving and critical thinkingskills, with a strong appetite for in-depth analysis.
- Certification such as RICS, TEGoVA, or IVSC ismandatory
