In its capacity as Depositary bank for Alternative Investment Fnds (AIFs), Banqe Internationale à Lxemborg SA (BIL) provides investor protection, throgh overseeing the general administration of the fnds, the safekeeping of the fnd's assets, the ownership verification and record keeping of other assets as well as the monitoring of the cash flows. Yor role is to ensre that all depositary dties and obligations are performed in accordance with the applicable reglation.

Yor next challenge:

As part of the AIF Depositary team yo will be responsible for safekeeping and verifying the ownership of the AIFs assets, monitor cash flow activities and perform oversight controls.

Yo will need to ensre that the procedres and controls comply with the applicable laws and keep p to date with legislation, professional standards and reglatory changes.

Yo will perform de diligences on fnd service providers and be involved in on-site inspections.

Attending periodic client service meetings will also be part of yor activities.

Yo will maintain and enhance depositary procedres, review programs and checklists.

Yor Profile:

Minimm 7 years of experience within the banking and financial services indstry, inclding significant exposre to the Lxemborg fnd indstry.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Bsiness Administration, Adit, Law, or a related field.

Flent in English, both written and spoken. French and/or German wold be considered a strong asset. Any additional langage will be viewed favorably.

Yo possess excellent knowledge of:

AIFMD and the Lxemborg reglatory framework applicable to investment fnds.

The role and responsibilities of a Depositary Bank.

Alternative asset classes, inclding Private Eqity, Private Debt, Real Estate and Infrastrctre.

Operational risk assessment, monitoring and process enhancement.

The key drivers, developments and trends shaping the Eropean fnd indstry.

Yo have a strong nderstanding of:

Banking organisations, operational workflows and risk management frameworks.

Financial prodcts and services, inclding cash and treasry management, secrities services, financing and capital markets soltions.

Microsoft Office applications.

The following wold be considered a strong asset:

Experience within an AIF Depositary fnction, particlarly in investment restriction controls.

Professional certifications in adit, internal control and/or risk management.
