Your new role
Responsibilities

• Assess technology and cybersecurity risks across infrastructure, cloud environments, applications, and business operations.
  
• Review and evaluate IT controls, security measures, governance processes, and operational effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Analyse technology processes, perform risk assessments, and provide practical recommendations to strengthen security, compliance, and resilience.
  
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to support risk management, cybersecurity, and governance initiatives.
  
• Participate in projects involving cloud security, identity and access management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology transformation.
  
• Contribute to technology assurance reviews, risk reporting, and continuous improvement activities across the organisation.
  
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members while supporting multiple concurrent projects.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, or related fields.
• Familiarity with IT controls, cybersecurity frameworks, cloud technologies, and risk management practices.
• Exposure to frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, or similar governance and security standards.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM are advantageous.
