A leading global firm. Looking for candidates with AR, collections, billing dispute resolution, and client relationship management experience. Exposure to APAC markets, multinational stakeholders, and a fast-paced international environment. Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean language skills are highly preferred.

- Maintain accurate collection records and update customer interactions within internal systems.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts and achieve agreed collection and receivables targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person discussions.
- Follow up proactively on payment commitments and outstanding balances.
- Process customer refunds, write-offs, and other account adjustments where required.
- Prepare delinquent accounts for escalation to third-party collection agencies when necessary.
- Partner closely with Sales, Billing, Contracts, and Operations teams to resolve customer queries and outstanding issues.
- Exercise sound judgment when balancing customer experience, risk management, and company policies.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance collections and customer service effectiveness.
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, Customer Financial Services, or a related accounting operations function.
- Fluency in English and either Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of handling customer enquiries and resolving complex billing or payment-related disputes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated career progression and stability within previous organisations.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions and regions.
- Experience managing a large and diverse portfolio of client accounts.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Exposure to process improvement, change initiatives, or project-based work.
