Your new company

Our client is a well-established technology firm with a strong presence across Asia Pacific. They are currently seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable professional to lead the AR and collection function, drive process enhancements and support business growth.

Your new role

• Lead the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control team to ensure timely billing, collection and cash application processes
• Oversee end-to-end operations, including invoicing, customer account maintenance and collection activities
• Monitor aging reports and collection performance, ensuring effective follow-up on overdue balances
• Drive working capital optimization and improve cash flow through collection strategies and process improvements
• Review customer credit limits and perform ongoing credit risk assessments
• Partner closely with Sales, Commercial, Legal and Operations teams to resolve billing disputes and collection issues
• Prepare AR-related management reports, KPI dashboards and cash collection forecasts for senior management
• Identify automation opportunities and lead system enhancement or transformation initiatives
• Develop and coach team members while fostering a high-performance culture

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• 10+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit Control
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex AR portfolios
• Strong understanding of revenue cycles, credit management and cash flow optimisation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
