Your new role
As a Digital Services Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Digital Service Desk. You will ensure the delivery of efficient, secure, and customer-focused IT support services, while maintaining adherence to processes, service levels, and organisational policies.Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Digital Service Desk activities with a focus on IT support and service delivery
- Ensuring service levels (SLAs) are met and maintaining operational security
- Supporting multiple service streams to maintain call response targets
- Collaborating with team members on knowledge sharing, training, and process improvement
- Monitoring and maintaining reports, processes, and documentation
- Identifying risks and issues, escalating where necessary
- Implementing continuous improvements to enhance service efficiency
- Delivering accurate and timely support to ensure optimal customer experience

- Experience in IT Service Desk or Digital Support environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks
- Ability to manage service requests while maintaining SLAs

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external teams
- Strong collaboration mindset with a focus on team outcomes
