Lead Integration Engineer II - GPS Digital Health
Lead Integration Engineer II supports the design, build, and delivery of integration solutions that connect platforms, applications, and data across complex environments. This role works with cross-functional teams to implement scalable integration architectures that improve interoperability, enable business processes, and support mission-focused outcomes. The ideal candidate brings technical leadership, hands-on integration experience, and the ability to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Lead Integration Engineer II on the Government & Public Services Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for...
- Designing, developing, and implementing enterprise integration solutions across cloud and on-premises environments
- Leading technical workstreams for application programming interface, middleware, and system-to-system integration initiatives
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to define integration requirements, interfaces, and data flows
- Establishing integration architecture patterns, technical standards, and deployment approaches that support scalability and maintainability
- Supporting testing, defect resolution, production readiness, and operational performance for integration services
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise integration solutions
- 5+ years of experience with application programming interface design, middleware, extract transform load processes, or message-based integrations
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, projects, or workstreams
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, or Informatica
- Experience integrating software-as-a-service and on-premises applications
- Experience with representational state transfer, simple object access protocol, or event-driven integration patterns
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines and source control platforms
- Experience supporting government or public sector technology programs
