A leading international financial institution is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join its New York Corporate Banking team. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with large corporate clients, driving new business development, and delivering a broad range of financing and treasury solutions.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as the primary relationship contact for strategic banking matters.
• Drive revenue growth through both deepening existing relationships and acquiring new client relationships.
• Structure and execute financing solutions including revolving credit facilities, term loans, working capital facilities, treasury solutions, and other corporate banking products.
• Partner with product specialists across cash management, treasury services, trade and working capital, and capital markets to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Develop and execute client coverage plans focused on increasing wallet share and overall relationship profitability.
• Lead credit underwriting and transaction execution processes, including financial analysis, credit presentations, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain strong knowledge of client businesses, industries, market dynamics, and competitive trends.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure adherence to risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of new business opportunities through direct client coverage and internal referral channels.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, Treasury Services, Transaction Banking, or related client-facing financial services roles.
• Strong understanding of credit products, treasury services, cash management, working capital, and lending solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to originate business, deepen client relationships, and execute complex banking transactions.
• Strong credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent client management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of collaborating across product and credit teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
