We're looking for a Executive Assistant to:
• Process client distribution requests (e.g., withdrawals, transfers, required minimum distributions) in a timely and accurate manner
• Review requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with UBS policies and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with advisors, operations, and back-office teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution
• Monitor pending transactions and proactively follow up to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Support team workflow by prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously

Your team
You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. Specifically, you'll be working with "The Burish Group", a team of 35+ professionals who help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. The team's founder, Andy Burish, is nationally ranked as a top financial advisor by both Forbes and Barron's Magazine, including #1 Wealth Advisor in Wisconsin by Forbes.
Your expertise
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or client service role within financial services (wealth management experience strongly preferred)
• proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
• proven written and verbal communication skills
• comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a large team
