At Global Elite Group, our Special Operations Division coordinates aviation security screening for private charter flights carrying football, hockey, basketball, and baseball teams across the country.



We're looking for a dependable, organized Special Operations Coordinator to join our headquarters-based team!




Not Your Typical Office Job!



Work from our Special Operations Command Center, a clubhouse-inspired space featuring a wall of nine TVs where you can keep up with the latest games, scores, and sports news during operational downtime.



You'll be part of the team keeping high-profile charter operations running smoothly.




What You'll Do

• Manage the lineup: Schedule security teams and ensure flight coverage.


• Stay ahead of the game: Monitor real-time flight updates, staffing changes, and operational needs.


• Be the go-to contact: Communicate with clients, field teams, and management.


• Call the plays: Resolve last-minute staffing and scheduling challenges.


• Keep operations on track: Maintain accurate schedules and operational updates.

Flexible Weekend Schedule



Primary coverage hours:

• Friday: 3 PM-9 PM


• Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM-9 PM

Scheduling flexibility is available based on operational needs.



Want more hands-on experience? Candidates with weekday availability may also have opportunities to join our private charter screening teams at the airport, subject to training and operational needs.




Who We're Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience.


• Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.


• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Must be 21+ with a valid NYS driver's license.


• Ability to meet background check, screening, and licensing requirements.

Security experience is a plus, but an interest in sports, aviation, or operations is just as welcome!
