JHE & Partners are working with a brilliant company on the outskirts of Leeds, just off the M62, as they look to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to cover a maternity leave within their finance team. Reporting to the FD, they are open to both part time or full time and can be flexible with regards to the working hours.



Key duties will include:

• Processing invoices, matching with delivery notes/PO numbers


• Chasing POD's and resolving supplier queries


• Supplier statement reconciliations


• Preparing payment schedules for sign off


• Other ad hoc finance administration duties
