Do you love helping people, solving problems and making things simpler for customers? We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning new things and delivering great customer service across telephone and digital channels. You don't need to know everything about our products from day one. We'll provide training and coaching to help you develop the knowledge and confidence you need.
Our standard full-time contracts are
35 hours per week , with part-time working options available. We also offer an enhanced
40-hour contract with a salary of up to £34,503 .
You'll work an allocated shift pattern between
08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday , and will be required to work
one shift per week until 18:00 .
A bit about the job:
You'll communicate with a wide range of customers, helping them understand their products and coaching them on how to use our online platform. You'll support customers through secure messaging, telephone and LiveChat, making their experience as simple and straightforward as possible. Our products can be technical, so there will be plenty to learn, but you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support. You'll also have the opportunity to challenge how we do things and contribute ideas that help shape the future of our Contact Centres.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- A great phone manner, with strong listening and questioning skills and the ability to build rapport and show empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the confidence to think differently and challenge existing ways of working.
- The ability to work and learn collaboratively with others to deliver fantastic customer service.
- Confidence understanding digital platforms and coaching customers on how to use them to make things simpler and quicker.
- A positive, can-do approach, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and overcome objections.

- Starting salary between £26,900 and £30,742 (depending on hours, location, skills and experience). Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week, with options for part-time working. We also offer a 40-hour contract with an enhanced salary of up to £34,503.
