  • Support migration of deal files and precedent pitch materials, helping ensure content is accurately captured and accessible

  • Contribute to the Salesforce team newsletter and other internal communications

  • Support global GIB projects and system rollouts, including testing, implementation and user adoption

  • Assist with administration of the weekly EIB staffing process, including maintaining and distributing the staffing tracker

  • Support administration of protected time and the monthly PTO tracker for the EIB team

  • Provide operational support to the EIB COO office and support teams on projects as required

What You'll Bring to Baird:

  • Ability to balance assigned technology and data workstreams with ongoing operational responsibilities

  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills when tracking exceptions, completing assigned tasks and providing progress updates

  • Collaborative approach to working with Salesforce, technology, banking and support teams

  • Curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset, with an interest in simplifying processes and reducing manual work

  • Ability to support changing priorities, global projects and system rollouts in a team-oriented environment
