A leading global asset manager is seeking an RFP Specialist to join its dynamic and highly collaborative Global RFP team. Based in London, this role will support institutional and third-party distribution efforts across international markets, contributing directly to business development initiatives and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research, draft, edit and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client reporting requests to support business development and client servicing activities.
2. Partner closely with subject matter experts across Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Operations, Performance, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure responses are accurate, compelling and delivered on time.
3. Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
4. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm's investment capabilities and solutions across various asset classes.
5. Maintain, update and enhance content within the firm's proposal management platform, ensuring the content library remains accurate and relevant.
6. Support the ongoing integration and adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools within the RFP function and broader business.
7. Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency and quality across the proposal process.

Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2 years of experience within an RFP or related role within asset management.
2. University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
3. Strong interest in asset management, investment strategies and financial markets.
4. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear and compelling content.
5. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
6. Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
7. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
9. Experience using proposal management platforms such as Loopio is beneficial but not required.
