This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on facilities professional who enjoys driving operational excellence, maintaining high service standards, and creating a safe and effective working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of facilities operations, including health and safety, supplier management, procurement, and workplace services.
  2. Conduct regular workplace inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  3. Oversee maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, contractor management, and office improvement projects.
  4. Manage facilities-related contracts and act as the primary contact for suppliers and external service providers.
  5. Support risk assessments, policy reviews, and compliance monitoring activities.
  6. Assist with sustainability reporting and environmental initiatives.
  7. Act as the first point of contact for internal IT queries and liaise with external IT support providers.
  8. Support IT supplier management, contract administration, service performance monitoring, and project coordination.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders.

Background Experience:

  1. Proven facilities management experience within an office or corporate environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and facilities management best practice.
  3. Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and workplace improvement projects.
  4. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and database systems.
  8. Experience supporting IT service providers or contract management would be advantageous.
  9. Relevant health and safety or facilities management qualifications are desirable.

Please note that due to the high volume of applicants responding to our adverts we are regrettably not able to feedback on all applications; only successful candidates will be contacted.
