They assist clients in developing, implementing, and supporting systems across all organisational functions, including Sales & Trading, Middle / Back Office, Risk, Compliance, and Finance. They prioritise staying at the forefront of technology, focusing on implementing real-world applications of big data, predictive analytics, and cloud computing to help clients maintain or gain a competitive advantage.
Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure project alignment and integration.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from clients.
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions and ensure they meet business needs.
• Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and milestones to senior management.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of end-users to maximise technology adoption.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology integration.
• Help clients leverage big data, predictive analytics, and cloud solutions to enhance their operations.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to think critically and problem-solve.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Desired Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in regulatory and compliance projects, is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-trading platforms and business automation processes.
• Knowledge of big data analytics and cloud computing applications.
• Previous consulting experience is preferred.
