A well-established Fintech team with a track record or success and sustained growth (and very low turnover) is hiring as the team expands.
They are seeking bankers with robust technical skills and solid exposure to TMT and Tech transactions (or Fintech naturally).
Responsibilities:
- Involvement in the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities.
- Assisting with preparation of marketing and pitching specific M&A ideas
- Assistance in preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions.
- Conducting industry research
- Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets
- Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.
In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of a 2.1 degree or equivalent from a top university and have a keen interest in specialising in Fintech M&A
- You will be a TMT, Tech or Fintech banker and have accrued robust M&A training and deal credentials
- Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills
- High inter-personnel skills to work in/ across multidisciplinary teams and departments as well as with other professional advisers and clients
