Global Corporate and Investment Banking covers two specialisms within our business - Coverage and Investment Banking Products. As a part of our rotational programme, you will have the opportunity to complete three rotations across three areas to help you decide which area you would like to specialise in.

Global Corporate and Investment Banking

Global Corporate and Investment Banking covers two specialisms within our business -Coverage and Investment Banking Products. Our coverage team is responsible for building strong client relationships to ensure we provide the best possible service. To do this, our coverage teams need to develop an in-depth understanding of a client's business, their needs and how MUFG can best help them.

On the Product side, we have a number of different teams, each of which specialises in a specific financing product such as Aviation, Commodity Finance, Corporate Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Project Finance and Securitisation.

What to expect

Our 18-month Analyst Programme begins with a comprehensive training curriculum designed to build your understanding of our products, clients, and business strategy. This foundation will equip you with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed as you transition into your role.

As part of a select Analyst cohort, you'll learn from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry while building connections with peers across the programme. Our collaborative culture encourages teamwork, while also creating opportunities for you to make your own impact. In our open and inclusive environment, senior colleagues are approachable, invested in your development, and eager to support your growth.
