This role will be based in our Leeds office and we offer a hybrid working arrangement with attendance to the office 3 days per week (minimum).

You will support the Real Estate team acting on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions encompassing a broad range of development, regeneration, investment and asset management work.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied case load of commercial real estate transactional work.
- Support the Real Estate team in driving continuous growth and improvement across the team.
- Working closely with clients to provide practical, clear, and robust legal advice, ensuring their commercial objectives are met.
- Supervising and mentoring other junior team members.
- Maintaining and managing strong relationships with key clients whilst striving to achieve further growth through new and existing business.
What will help you succeed in this role?
- Qualified solicitor with considerable experience working in a leading real estate team.
- Able to manage files independently and contribute to wider team matters when required.
- Confident and personable with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative approach to building and developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and to maximise efficiency in working practices.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex transactions and multiple stakeholders.
