Working closely with Prodct Owners, Technology Leads and stakeholders across the organisation, yo'll play a key role in trning priorities into reality. Yo'll lead delivery across sqads and vale streams, remove barriers, manage dependencies and help teams perform at their best, all while keeping cstomer otcomes at the heart of everything yo do.




Main Responsibilities as Delivery Manager:

Leading projects from planning throgh to delivery.

Helping teams organise their work and priorities.

sing data and insights to improve performance.

Managing risks, isses and dependencies.

Working with bsiness teams, technology teams and external partners.

Spporting important lanches and system changes.

Coaching teams in Agile ways of working.

Bilding strong, motivated and sccessfl teams.

Providing pdates and reporting for stakeholders.

Championing continos improvement and better ways of working.

Skills and experience yo need as Delivery Manager:

Experience delivering bsiness or technology change.

Strong commnication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile environments sch as Scrm or Kanban.

A data-driven approach to decision-making.

The ability to manage priorities and competing demands.

Experience sing tools sch as Jira, Conflence or similar platforms.

A focs on continos improvement and cstomer otcomes.

Experience working in a reglated indstry or large transformation programme.
