About the Role

We are reinventing what B2B growth looks like, pushing traditional boundaries to scale our enterprise presence across the US market. As a US Growth & Marketing Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and offline campaign execution.

This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role designed for a "builder" who brings a unique blend of analytical rigor, creativity, and a hands-on execution mindset. You will own the strategy and execution of high-touch marketing programs designed to accelerate the sales cycle, deepen partner ecosystems, and convert high-value accounts through immersive, localized brand experiences.

What You'll Do

• Targeted Campaign Architecture: Design, build, and execute end-to-end multi-channel campaigns-with a heavy emphasis on account-based marketing (ABM) and offline experiential marketing-to drive enterprise pipeline.

• High-Touch Strategic Touchpoints: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of localized customer workshops, partner roadshows, roundtables, and industry ecosystem activations aimed at accelerating deal cycles.

• Ecosystem GTM Execution: Partner with our payments ecosystem-including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), core networks, and platforms-to co-market and execute joint marketing programs that expand our US footprint.

• Cross-Functional Sales Alignment: Partner closely with Sales and Business Development leadership to identify high-priority regional markets and enterprise merchant verticals, deploying hyper-targeted marketing programs that unlock processing volume.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Rigorously track and analyze program performance, lead attribution, and pipeline velocity. Use tools like Excel, SQL, and CRM systems to measure marketing ROI and optimize future campaign investments.

• Analytical Polish: Strong proficiency in data analysis with the ability to turn campaign analytics and volume metrics into actionable pipeline strategies.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to align sales teams, external partners, and executive leadership.

• Adaptability: A thriving-in-chaos mindset suited for a fast-paced fintech environment where you must balance strategic thinking with ground-level execution.

What Success Looks Like

• Pipeline & Volume Acceleration: Successfully launching localized, high-touch programs that directly shrink sales cycles and boost processing volume for strategic accounts.

• Seamless Execution: Flawlessly executing a high-volume calendar of offline and ecosystem campaigns on time and within budget.

• Scalable Playbooks: Establishing repeatable marketing playbooks that allow us to scale our regional and partner-led acquisition efforts efficiently across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 3-7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or strategic operations (experience within payments, acquiring, or fintech is a strong plus, but not a requirement)

• Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel B2B campaigns, localized market activations, or partner-facing programs

• Experience building programs from "0 to 1" at a high-growth startup or in a strategic business operations role preferred

• Strong track record of managing complex project timelines, external vendors, agency relationships, and budgets

• High proficiency in data analysis using Excel (SQL knowledge is a strong plus)

• Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce for lead capture, campaign attribution, and pipeline tracking

• Familiarity with the payments ecosystem, merchant acquiring, or integrated payments is a plus

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-160,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Ant International and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant education or training.
