Job Description
Human Resources enables business growth by providing strategic leadership to create an environment that enables our talent to succeed. We develop and drive platforms that attract, develop and engage our talent to produce the best work of their careers.
Interested in Human Resources? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources (HR) Graduate in London. Joining our HR Graduate programme, you would complete four six-month rotations across a two-year period and gain broad expertise to start your career in HR. You will have the opportunity to work in a number of teams including HR Business Partnering, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.
Some things you might work on as an HR Graduate are:
• Supporting our HR Business Partnering team on delivering people initiatives across the company
• Embedding Diversity & Inclusion into all our activities to ensure Visa is an inclusive environment for all colleagues
• Working in Talent Acquisition to source the best possible talent to join our team at Visa
• Working with our Employee Relations team to provide specialist advice and support across a wide range of Employee Relations matters.

So what are we looking for in a HR Graduate:
• Current university student graduating in 2027 and ready to start a full time role in September 2027.
• Passionate about starting a career in Human Resources
• Strong ability to collaborate with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Highly driven and resourceful
• Strong writing and/or quantitative skills
