Poste et missions

Overall purpose of the role:

The Intern will provide the IT department with analysis of data, cleaning and preparation before building reports with PowerBI. The team contributes in providing presentations for the management, building, coordinating and centralizing IT budget at EMEA level, monitoring the expenses versus the budget, preparing the business review and CESI.

The role is also to suggest new solutions, analysis and reporting on key areas of the IT department but not limited to.

Main responsibilities of the role:

The Intern will assist the CIO office team with:

- Understanding the various source of information used by the team
- Analysis of the data
- Cleaning of the data
- Preparation of the data
- Creating reporting based on the data
- Automatizing the reporting

Propose new reporting and way to report existing ones:
- Innovative reporting
- New reporting
- Opportunities for efficiency improvements

Reporting :
- Timely progress updates to head of CIO office

Review of Work :
- Weekly and Monthly review with the Head of CIO Office
- Regular liaison with CIO and other heads of IT (GMC, Production Security)

Profil et compétences requises

Skills and knowledge - required :
Data platform such as PowerBI, Tableau
Skills and knowledge - preferred
Data regulation such as GDPR

Personal skills:
Strong English environment
French speaking/reading/writing appreciated as interactions with data office at Head office in Paris
Good communication skills (business oriented and technical oriented)
Ability to work in a demanding environment with business exposure
