What you'll do
As a Change Consultancy Lead, you'll drive the effective delivery of change across the People Function, ensuring change is absorbable, well-governed, and aligned to business priorities. You'll also set and maintain standards for governance, readiness, and delivery, ensuring change is structured and delivers measurable outcomes, while taking ownership of the change consultancy capability and managing a pooled team of consultants and analysts in line with demand and strategic priorities.
Moreover, you'll ensure capacity is effectively utilised, skills are continuously developed, and delivery is consistent and high quality across all initiatives. This includes leading and developing the team, managing deployment across a diverse portfolio of change, and building strong relationships across the bank to deliver business objectives while supporting colleague development and engagement.

You'll also need a strong focus on colleague experience, with the ability to align people, processes, and outcomes to deliver meaningful and sustainable improvements.

- Translating strategic priorities into clear consultancy demand, deployment plans, and actionable delivery outcomes
- Leading and developing a high-performing team, coaching and upskilling consultants and analysts
- Owning business readiness across the function, ensuring change is effectively adopted and sustained
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, collaborating across the bank to support successful delivery
- Tracking and driving performance across your unit, recognising success while identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing development needs
- Creating and embedding a culture focused on delivery excellence, equipping teams with the tools and support needed to drive change and continuous improvement
- Engaging with first and second line of defence teams to ensure risks are effectively assessed and managed in line with governance requirements

- A strong collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering for the customer and supporting cross-bank priorities
- An understanding of strategic priorities, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
