As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex HR technology transformation projects for enterprise clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, commercial performance, and delivery excellence while ensuring clients realize value from their technology investments. This role combines project leadership, client management, and team development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities



Client & Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR technology implementation and transformation projects, from project initiation through to successful go-live and closure.
• Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand business objectives and align project outcomes with strategic priorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, steering committees, and key decision-makers throughout the engagement.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions, governance forums, and project reviews to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value, improve adoption, and support broader business transformation goals.
• Manage expectations across multiple stakeholder groups while balancing business priorities, project constraints, and delivery objectives.

Delivery Governance & Risk Management

• Oversee project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience delivering enterprise HR technology, HCM, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record managing complex software implementation programs for enterprise clients.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated success leading project teams, managing project financials, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
