Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (eKYC)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: 6 months contract +

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support strategic eKYC, Client Onboarding and Client Lifecycle Management initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on BA/PM who can move seamlessly between detailed analysis, project delivery and executive communications. You will be confident working in a fast-paced banking environment and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Required background:

• Strong BA/PM experience within Banking or Financial Services
• Proven delivery of eKYC, KYC, AML or Client Onboarding projects
• Excellent requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive projects across Business, Operations, Compliance and Technology teams
• Experience producing executive-level communications and high-quality PowerPoint presentations
• Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with Fenergo or similar CLM/eKYC platforms
• Regulatory change or transformation programme experience
• Knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management processes
