We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Construction & Real Estate Romandie Graduate Talent Program in Lausanne.

You'll get to:
• support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events and executing transactions
• maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• work alongside Client Advisor Associates, who provide administrative support to Relationship Managers and help prepare and structure financing applications
