Or Asia Life/Health team is seeking an experienced Senior nderwriter with strong nderwriting expertise to contribte to the growth, development, and profitability of or bsiness across Asia. Yo will provide medical and financial nderwriting expertise, while spporting nderwriting research and development, prodct innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the region. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the region, yo will help deliver practical nderwriting soltions for or clients and bsiness partners.




Yor Key Responsibilities

nderwritingfor medical, financial and special risks within the scope of assignednderwriting limits

Condcttimely nderwriting assessments in accordance with established gidelines andbest practices, conslting with medical advisors, peers, and management asappropriate

Continoslyenhance nderwriting expertise to maintain professional and bsiness standards

Monitor casereferral volmes, nderwriting reports and other relevant statistics of eachbranch

Spport thedevelopment, implementation, and continos improvement of nderwritingoperational standards, case intake processes, and qality control initiativesacross the region

Contribte tothe review and enhancement of internal and client nderwriting gidelines

Spportdigitalization initiatives and promote the adoption of new nderwritingpractices

Collaboratewith cross-fnctional teams and key stakeholders to design and deliver bespokeprodcts and innovative soltions

Providetimely and expert advice on nderwriting matters, ensring effective resoltionof nderwriting isses across Asia Life/Health and Global Life/Health

Condctresearch and review new and existing prodct definitions and soltions

Participatein regional and international initiatives and projects

Yor Profile

Relevanttertiary qalification with a minimmof 1 years of work experience in a life insrance or reinsrancecompany, inclding good knowledge of one or more of Asian markets

Sond medical nderwriting knowledge and experience withlife, critical illness, disability and health insrance prodcts

Professionalnderwriting qalifications sch as FAL or eqivalent are advantageos

Goodcommand of English, both written and spoken

Proficiency in an additional Asian langage wold be anadvantage, given the regional scope of the role

Excellent commnication and interpersonal skills

Ableto work independently while also being an effective team player

Willingnessand ability to ndertake occasional regional travel
