Senior C#/.NET Software Engineer | Banking & Investment Technology | Singapore

Are you an experienced C# engineer looking to build technology that directly supports global investment activity?

I’m partnering with a leading global investment organisation to hire a Senior Software Engineer for its Singapore technology team.

You’ll build secure, scalable applications supporting investment management, trading, operations and risk. Working closely with product owners, business teams and investment professionals, you’ll translate complex requirements into reliable technology solutions with visible business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Design and build applications using C#, .NET Core and ASP.NET Core
2. Develop APIs and modern user interfaces using Angular or React
3. Build solutions supporting investment and operational workflows
4. Own delivery from system design and hands-on coding through testing, deployment and production support
5. Work directly with product owners, engineers and senior business stakeholders
6. Review code and help maintain strong engineering standards
7. Explore practical applications of cloud, AI and emerging technologies
8. Mentor engineers and provide technical direction where required

What We’re Looking For

1. At least five years of software engineering experience
2. Strong C#, .NET Core and ASP.NET Core expertise
3. Experience with Angular or React and RESTful APIs
4. Experience within a global bank, private bank, investment firm, fintech, payments or transaction-processing environment
5. Strong knowledge of software design, testing and production support
6. Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills
7. A hands-on engineering mindset and ownership of production systems
8. Candidates must currently be based in Singapore

Nice to Have

1. Exposure to investment management, trading, treasury, accounting or risk platforms
2. Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker and Kubernetes
3. Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical delivery
4. An interest in machine learning, AI and emerging technologies
