Description & Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and experienced marketing and communications executive to support our team during a transitional period. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing and communications strategies in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing communications
• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of integrated marketing and communications campaigns across various channels
• Help maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring that all collateral is current and brand-aligned

Content management
• Develop and create compelling content for digital platforms
• Update and edit website content
• Handle Google reviews, Facebook and Instagram enquiries by directing them to the right stakeholders for responses
• Support internal stakeholders in updating content on marketing collaterals

Event support
• Assist in planning and coordinating external-facing events
• Manage event logistics and provide on-site support as needed

Marketing administration
• Assist in managing external agencies and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide essential operational and administrative support to the marketing team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities
• Plan, source and manage corporate novelties when needed
• Ensure that the latest marketing collaterals are reflected on Liberty's Digital Asset Management platform in a timely manner
• Provide advice on legacy retail operating knowledge as and when required

Key Skills:
• Strong editing and writing skills, coupled with excellent organizational skills
• Strong proficiency or familiarity with Canva, SharePoint, Mailchimp, JIRA ticketing system, MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in marketing, communications or a related field
