Role purpose
Based in Singapore , the client-facing manager is part of the regional Investment Analytics (IA) team, responsible for combining technical analytics expertise with ownership of the client relationship and service experience. The IA offering covers investment performance, attribution, risk and mandate compliance.
Core responsibilities
Own assigned IA clients and act as their first escalation point .
Maintain a detailed understanding of each client's IA requirements, including what they value and why .
Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and expectation management.
Collaborate with Operations Hubs and global IA colleagues.
Provide governance through the Client Service Process (CSP) .
Coordinate with Operations and Product to ensure client requirements are delivered.
Feed client experience and requirements into Product development.
Deliver value through analytics insights, consulting and value-add solutions.
Oversee solution implementation against client specifications.
Develop and communicate knowledge of the local market.

Qualifications and experience
University degree.
Postgraduate qualification, CFA® and/or CIPM® study is advantageous.
Staff-management experience is advantageous.
7+ years of relevant industry experience , including direct analytics and client exposure.
Relevant experience includes performance, attribution and ex-post risk; investment data; monitoring investment restrictions; interpreting mandates/prospectuses/regulatory guidelines; institutional client servicing; and project management.
