Our client is a boutique and fast-growing fund management business that enables external asset managers, private banks, and family offices to expand their offerings. They are currently looking to bring in driven individuals with a strong network in the Singapore market to join them as Business development Manager.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

1. To continually build a network and relationship with prospective asset managers, private banks and family offices and introduce offerings
2. Work closely with the executive teams to learn about the offerings and positioning well, as well as collaborate with Marketing for developing pipelines, proposals, and pitches to attract potential clients.
3. Have a good KPI mindset to continually business develop and maintain an ongoing pipeline.
4. Be agile, creative, attend industry events to build and grow network and knowledge in the space.
5. To be client and revenue oriented to drive success.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

1. You will require a relevant degree and atleast 6-8 years of working experience within funds, fund services, or related solution providers focusing on financial services.
2. A proven track record in a revenue generating role especially in winning new clients and business
3. A KPI led mindset and strong pipeline management skills
4. A good network within the Asset managers, private banks, and family offices.
5. Ability build, grow and maintain new client relationships
6. Be goal oriented and commercial.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills both spoken and written and ability to confidently present and deal with senior stakeholders within Financial services.
