Shape the Future of Work

At UOB, our people are central to how we transform and grow. As part of the Strategic HR team, you will work on enterprise priorities at the intersection of business strategy, workforce, organization and people. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the Bank to solve complex organizational challenges, generate insights and shape solutions across workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, culture and transformation.

This role is suited to professionals with a background in consulting, strategy, transformation or strategic HR who enjoy structured problem-solving and want to create impact at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do

• Solve strategic workforce and organization challenges: Structure complex business and people issues, develop hypotheses, analyze options and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Shape enterprise HR strategy and transformation: Contribute to initiatives spanning workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, culture, leadership and future of work.
• Turn data into insight: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, diagnose issues and build clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Advise and influence: Develop executive presentations, strategic papers and recommendations that enable senior leaders to make informed decisions.
• Drive transformation: Work across HR, businesses and corporate functions to translate strategy into action and support successful organizational change.
• Lead strategic projects: Manage workstreams from problem definition and analysis through solution design, stakeholder alignment and implementation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business or organization transformation, strategic HR, workforce strategy or organizational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous and complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to develop high-quality materials for senior audiences.
• Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Experience That Will Set You Apart

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• Management or human capital consulting, particularly organization, workforce, people or transformation work.
• Corporate or business strategy, including strategic analysis and transformation.
• Strategic HR, including workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, culture or people transformation.
• Data-driven problem solving, including employee or workforce analytics, research and insight generation.
• Transformation or change programs in complex organizations.
