We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Developer with around experience in designing, developing, and deploying business applications using Microsoft Power Platform - primarily PowerApps (Canvas), Power Automate, and Dataverse & SharePoint.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in application architecture, integration with external systems, and automation workflows, along with a good understanding of data modelling, user experience design, and security principles within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex Canvas Apps tailored to business requirements.
- Should have knowledge in Solutions and deployment in PowerApps.
- Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate data exchange, approvals, and notifications.
- Integrate PowerApps with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and external data sources via custom connectors or APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
- Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing Power Platform applications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization within the Power Platform environment.
- Implement role-based access control and adhere to governance and compliance policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, data engineers, and functional consultants.
- Stay updated with new features and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Strong understanding of Canvas and Model-Driven App development, business process flows, and custom connectors.
- Proficiency in Power Fx, JSON, JavaScript, and basic HTML/CSS (for UI customization).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth 2.0), and data integration best practices.
- Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and solution deployment in Power Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Customer focus: solution design that reflects how systems will be used by customers. Taking ownership of operational issues that affect, or risk affecting customers, respond quickly, and use feedback and data to improve systems and methods.
- Leadership: Taking ownership of technical outcomes, raising the bar for engineering quality, and sharing expertise to supportothers. Mentoring peers, influencing decisions through hands-on leadership, and building capability by collaborating across teams.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power Virtual Agents, or AI Builder.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and integration scenarios.
- Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps pipelines for Power Platform CI/CD.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
