You will support the ABS Risk Officer and wider team in coordinating, analysing and reporting on key risks across ABS, helping senior leaders make informed decisions.

This role gives you a central view of risk across ABS and exposure to senior executives and key governance forums. You will work closely with the ABS Risk Officer, Global Risk Centre of Excellence and partners such as Internal Audit, Legal, Privacy and Compliance, building a strong internal network in a complex, global organisation. You will play a visible part in crafting a proactive and open risk environment. At the same time, you will develop your expertise across multiple risk types and deepen your understanding of the insurance and professional services industry.

What the day will look like
You will support the ABS Risk Officer and wider team in coordinating, analysing and reporting on key risks across ABS, helping senior leaders make informed decisions.
The role and responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating risk management activities, reporting and governance, including support for the ABS Risk Committee.
- Supporting consistent adoption of Aon's risk assessment process and analysing ABS risk profile, control maturity, insights and trends.
- Preparing timely, accurate and transparent reporting for the ABS Risk Officer, ABS Risk Committee and Global Risk Committee.
- Coordinating and analysing ABS Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) as part of the risk reporting suite.
- Supporting optimisation and streamlining of risk management operations and stakeholder engagement with Internal Audit, Legal, Privacy and Compliance, including tracking audit remediation and emerging risks.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, business studies or a related discipline, with exposure to regulatory, financial, technology or operational risk.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to prioritise and present complex risk information clearly to senior collaborators.
- Excellent written and verbal business English, including high-quality presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organisation, project management and execution skills, with the ability to flex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective relationship-building and collaboration skills across a sophisticated organisation; knowledge related to insurance services is an advantagentage.
