Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating Assessment Centres and final interviews, including candidate and assessor communications, room and Teams bookings, reasonable adjustments and post-event follow-up (offers, feedback, rejections and expenses).
- Supporting Early Careers development initiatives, such as the Work Insight Programme and Graduate/Intern/Apprentice development programmes, through logistics, communications and tracking of participation and feedback.
- Managing requisitions, postings and candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and Workday, producing regular pipeline reports and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, including ID and background checks.
