About the Role

We are seeking a motivated intern to support our Banking Division's Portfolio Management team while contributing to our ongoing culture of continuous improvement. This role offers hands-on exposure to reporting, analysis, and process optimization within a global financial services environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management Support:

• Assist in preparing regular portfolio reporting and performance analysis
• Support data gathering, validation, and consolidation for management reports
• Help identify trends and insights from portfolio data
• Continuous Improvement Initiative:*
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Help design and build working tools/products such as templates, dashboards, and presentations
• Support documentation of improved workflows and best practices
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and improvement workshops

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Word
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
