As a candidate notary, you will specialise in corporate law or real estate. You will work together closely with our lawyers and lawyer-tax experts for international and national clients.

Making deals a success

The notarial practice at Stibbe focuses on company law, corporate law and real estate transactions for Dutch and international companies. Our associates advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, real estate and reorganisations, among other things. They also advise listed and other companies on the implementation of corporate governance policy, anti-takeover measures and shareholders' meetings.

Growth and development
