Job Description

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market share for United Overseas Bank . The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, developing, and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate accounts, offering a comprehensive suite of banking products and services. This role demands a proactive approach to sales, strong financial acumen, and exceptional client relationship management skills.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-net-worth individual and corporate clients, effectively presenting UOB's value proposition.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions across various banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, wealth management, trade finance).
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and provide expert advice on suitable banking products and services.
* Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product specialists, credit, and operations, to ensure seamless client service and product delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and risks.
* Ensure full compliance with all UOB policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
* Participate in industry events, networking activities, and business development initiatives.

Job Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients or corporate accounts.
* In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, wealth management, and trade finance.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
