About the Role

As a Project Manager - Insurance Transformation, you will make an impact by leading the successful delivery of large-scale core platform and business system transformation initiatives within the insurance industry. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, technology teams, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure program objectives are achieved.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of core system migration and transformation initiatives for insurance clients.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and governance frameworks to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams, third-party vendors, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while providing proactive recommendations to stakeholders.

What You Must Have to Be Considered

• 8-10+ years of project management experience delivering complex business and technology transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading large-scale core platform, policy administration, or enterprise system migration projects.
• Strong expertise in project planning, governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners in enterprise environments.
• Prior experience within the insurance or broader financial services industry.

These Will Help You Succeed

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments.
• Experience managing complex transformation programs involving multiple workstreams and dependencies.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
