That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a sharp, creative Marketing and Branding Associate with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. We need someone who knows how to build a premium, professional brand identity, plan a flawless event, run our digital presence, and use the latest AI tools to work smarter.

What You’ll Do Here

Brand & Identity

1. Professional Brand Guardianship: Act as the gatekeeper for the Pinpoint Asia brand. You understand the nuances of marketing a professional services firm—ensuring every touchpoint, from a LinkedIn post to a client pitch deck, feels polished, authoritative, and trustworthy.

Design & Creative

1. Create & Collaborate: You’ll be hands-on with graphics for newsletters and publications, while also teaming up with our external freelance designers to make sure everything meets our premium standards.
2. Sales Support: Design clean, high-impact marketing materials and pitch decks that give our consultants the edge they need to win business and position us as trusted advisors.
3. Corporate Gifting: Source and design corporate gifts that feel premium and thoughtful, leaving a lasting impression on our high-value clients.

Events & Exhibitions

1. Event Management: Run our corporate events from start to finish. You’ll handle the venue negotiations, curate the guest lists, and make sure the logistics go off without a hitch to provide a top-tier experience for our attendees.
2. Exhibitions & Regional Travel: Be our boots on the ground for industry exhibitions. You'll figure out the booth layout, organize the promotional materials, and make sure we show up looking like the industry leaders we are. Note: This involves occasional travel around the APAC region to make these events happen!

Digital & Web

1. Website & SEO: Take ownership of our website. You'll keep the content fresh, make updates, and manage our SEO strategy so we keep climbing the search rankings and reaching the right decision-makers.
2. Social Media: Run our digital channels—specifically LinkedIn and Instagram. You’ll figure out what our audience wants to see, write engaging posts, and build a digital presence that highlights our culture and expertise.

What You Bring to the Table

1. Experience: 5+ years of solid marketing, brand, or event management experience. You understand how to market a B2B or professional services brand where trust, expertise, and relationships are the main product.
2. Language Skills: Excellent English (both written and spoken) is essential. Even though you're based in KL, you'll be working very closely with our Hong Kong team and regional partners, so fluency in Cantonese is highly preferred.
3. Ready to Travel: You're comfortable packing your bags for occasional travel around the region to run our events and exhibitions.
4. Toolbox: You are a Canva wizard who can spin up great-looking, on-brand assets quickly.
5. AI-Savvy: You know how to use Generative AI (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney) as a creative partner to speed up copywriting, brainstorm ideas, or mock up visuals.
6. Web Smarts: You have hands-on experience updating websites (CMS) and a solid grasp of SEO best practices.
7. People Skills: You’re comfortable dealing with everyone from external vendors and premium event spaces to our internal sales team and senior management.
8. The Details: You have a great eye for design, typography, and what elevates a piece of content from "okay" to "highly professional."
