KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Partnership Management

• Foster and manage strategic partnerships with bank partners on sales production updates, sales quality, driving contract negotiations and collaborative efforts to offer comprehensive and competitively priced bancassurance products that align with FWDT's and the overarching country direction.
• Leverage FWD Holdings' Business Planning to analyze market trends and customer needs including opportunities, threats and competitor activities that may impact MBSB.
• Collaborate with FWD Holdings' Business Planning to enhance the promotion and sales of bancassurance offerings, aligning with FWDT and country goals.
• Manage and handle the collaboration with MBSB on sales production updates, new products and system initiatives, operation improvement, sales quality and training matters.
• Ability to stay updated with regulatory requirements and industry standards in relation to bancassurance operations.
• Provide insights to the Head of Bancassurance on strategic business identification that align with FWD Holdings' objectives.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor and coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually business performance review by working closely with FWD Holdings Business Planning to make sure they are completed in time for review.
• Monitor and manage business performance against KPI and analyze deviations and implications to the department.
• Responsible for identifying potential issues or conflicts and providing improvements and develop action plans to address these gaps.

People and Stakeholder Management

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with MBSB to enhance collaboration to drive sale initiatives, achieve revenue targets and maximise business growth, in alignment with FWDT and country level direction.
• Act as a liaison between partnership department and other business units to handle renewals and terminations of partnership agreements whenever necessary.
• To conduct weekly meetings with the bank partners on sales production update, new products initiatives, operation improvement and sales quality.
• Collaboration with FWD Holding to drive key Bancassurance events such as Annual Kick-Off, Mid-Year Business Review, Product Launch, and others, such as Incentives trip.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• At least 7 years of working experience in the Financial industry, preferably in Insurance/Banking.
• Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economic, Business Management, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, or any related discipline from recognized university.
• Understand business and market segmentation.
